108 Mala Beads
A Mala is a strand of 108 beads. Their origins trace back to India and their roots are in Buddhism and Hinduism.
Mala is a Sanskrit word that translates to 'heavenly garland' and these beads have been used in spiritual practices for thousands of years.
Traditionally used as a tool to assist in staying focused during meditation. The beads of the Mala are used to count the repetition of a mantra, a prayer, or an affirmation.
Use them in your mindfulness and meditation practices to help increase peace, presence and purpose. Let them remind your of your power and potential.

The Power of 108
The number 108 has deep spiritual significance across many traditions. In numerology, 1 stands for truth, 0 represents completeness, and 8 symbolizes infinity. There are 108 sacred names for Indian goddesses, and the sun’s diameter is said to be 108 times that of the Earth.
It’s also tied to human emotions—108 in total, divided into past, present, and future—and 108 earthly desires. The Sanskrit alphabet has 54 letters, each with a masculine and feminine version, adding up to 108.
Most meaningfully, 108 energy channels converge at the heart, forming the heart chakra, the center of our soul and power. It’s a number that truly resonates with the essence of who we are.
