SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do our very best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be crafted and shipped. If for any reason there is a delay the customer will be notified directly. If you should have any questions or would like to place a rush order please contact us at and we will do our best to get your items to you ASAP.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Arrives within 3-7 days of shipping. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.
USPS: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Packages can take time passing through customs. This is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However, there are certain exemptions to this, please contact email@example.com and we will do what we can to ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase.
